The Reclamation | A somatic group program for ending self-abandonment and building self-trust.

This program is designed for women who know they’re capable but still second-guess themselves when it matters most. It's not that you're weak or you don't know enough. But somewhere along the way, your nervous system learned to stay safe by adapting or staying small. This program is for you if: you seem put together on the outside but feel internally stuck, grew up adapting to others' needs, struggle with people-pleasing or over-responsibility, and feel disconnected from your own wants and needs. In this program, we take a somatic, trauma-informed, neuroscience based approach that works because we don't target the external symptoms; we start by addressing the patterns at their subconscious roots, and building from there. Let by me, a trained emotional mastery coach with lived experience of overcoming traumas and emotional challenges, we will map your unique nervous system, learn essential regulation techniques, identify core patterns, and reprogram these core patterns that have been keeping you stuck. By the end of this program, you will experience at least one tangible breakthrough in your life.
